Ecobricks

This term we are thinking about the waste in our homes that ends up in landfill. We would like to reduce the amount of nonrecyclable plastic that ends up getting thrown away so we are therefore going to make Ecobricks.
The important thing about Ecobricks is that we take responsibility for our own waste. We do not want to send our Ecobricks to other countries as this is no different to sending them actual waste.
We made our Ecobricks at school and we will now take them home to fill up!
Ecobricks are made with clean and dry plastic. Start by segregating your ecobrickable plastic from all other materials.
Choose your bottle. We will be using 2L bottles (it is easier to build with Ecobricks if they are all the same size.)
Get all your equipment ready- you need to make sure you have a stick to push all the plastic down.
Add a vision to your Ecobrick
Build!
(We are hopefully going to make a bench for Forest School)
