This week we learned about Amelia Earhart and in doing so, we did freeze frames. Basically a freeze frame is when you do a pose to represent an event. We were split into groups of five or six. Did you know Amelia Earhart was the first woman to fly over the Atlantic Ocean?

We did some very fun art at the old school. We listened to music and picked two colours and drew a small picture about what the music made us think about. Also at the same time, some of us were doing gymnastics. Year five went first then year six.

This week at forest school we did den building, natural art, slack line, read a poem and made rice. The art was based on an artist called James Brunt. In the rice we put carrot and spinach.
